This policy covers calenytic.mpm-apps.de. Processing by the Calenytic app is explained in a separate policy.
2. Delivery and hosting
This static website is hosted by Hostinger. Requests involve necessary connection data, including IP address, time, requested URL, response status and, where transmitted, browser information and referring page. Processing supports delivery, troubleshooting and abuse prevention under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is reliable and secure operation. The website cannot be delivered without necessary technical data.
3. Cookies and embedded content
This website itself sets no cookies, analytics or advertising pixels, or local browser storage. Fonts come from your device; images, styles and scripts load from the website’s own host. There is no newsletter form, user account or payment processing on this site. App Store and other external links contact the respective provider when you follow them.
4. Email enquiries
If you contact us, we process your email address, message and voluntarily supplied information to answer your enquiry. Recipients are us and the email delivery provider; the contact address uses Outlook. Contract-related enquiries rely on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; other enquiries rely on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and our legitimate interest in communication. Please send only information needed to resolve your enquiry.
5. Retention and recipients
Enquiries are kept only as long as needed to respond, resolve follow-up questions or meet statutory retention obligations. Server logs support operation and security. The previous website does not establish a concrete Hostinger log retention period; this needs confirmation against the actual hosting configuration. Hostinger and the email provider may process data as service providers.
6. International processing
Hostinger, the email provider or their subprocessors may process or access data outside the EEA. The previous Calenytic policy mentions international transfers but does not identify specific contracting entities, regions or safeguards. The safeguards applicable to the actual contracts under Articles 44 et seq. GDPR, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses, need to be confirmed before production migration. You can request this information from the controller.
7. Your rights
Where legal conditions are met, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests for reasons relating to your particular situation. Consent can be withdrawn for the future. Contact calenytic@outlook.de. You may complain to a data protection authority, including the authority where you live or the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA).
8. Security and decisions
The public website uses HTTPS. This website does not make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects or create advertising profiles. This policy will be updated when processing changes.
